Visual artist based in Perth, Western Australia.

Jess Boyce’s practice questions how the reproduction of images influence preconceptions of place. Exploring methods of printmaking and reproduction, Boyce plays, manipulates, and deconstructs familiar found imagery, and investigates the ways in which images are able enter a collective memory of place or an event.

Jess is a co-founder of of Cool Change Contemporary and a current co-director of Moana Project Space
